Sessions are scheduled for the following dates;
Chicken and Pork July 14 – Previous sessions have featured BBQ chicken thighs, Asian flavored turkey burgers and a brined and bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, with matching white and red wines and a craft beer.
Red Meats August 11 – Previous sessions have featured Bacon blue cheese burgers, Italian steak with arugula salad and a selection of fresh and smoked sausages, we’ll sample red wines and a craft beer, now I’m hungry.
Seafood September 15 – Previous sessions have featured bacon wrapped shrimp with grilled onions and bbq sauce, grilled salmon with tarragon sauce and a tuna burger with Wasabi mayo and sample white and red wines and a craft beer to match.
