I’m catering on the road in the state capitol

Cater-2Cater-1The menu included an antipasti tray with a delicious olive salad alongside fresh and smoked, aged mozzarella cheese. I cut the steaks onsite from a whole boneless rib-eye roast that were perfect with my “Too Much Garlic Bread” and wines that I “imported” from Chicago.
