of jarred sauerkraut

Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:

Place the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat

Add the onion and celery to the saucepan and sauté until tender

Place the minced garlic into the pot and sauté another 30 seconds

Pour the beef broth and half-and-half into the sauce pan and stir to combine

Stir in the sauerkraut and corn beef
-
Cover the sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes

Ladle soup into serving bowls and top with Swiss cheese
