Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. / Cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 oz. / Smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp. / Green onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. / Lemon juice to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. / Fresh dill chopped fine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8 sun dried tomatoes chopped fine
  • Toasted Baguettes

Instructions:

  1. Gently mix all ingredients in food processor being careful not to over process.
  2. Spread a little olive oil on each piece of baguette and toast in an oven until just crisp, cool before using.
